Brian Putnam

A Little History: Brian, a native to Colorado and the Denver Metro area is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Accounting. He began his Colorado Real Estate career in 2004. He is a co-founder of Stone Aspen Signature Builders, a custom home building company based in Castle Rock, Colorado. He has owned and operated a successful architectural decor company based in Denver, Colorado. Some of his past architectural decor clients include the stores of Kate Spade, Thom Browne, and Ralph Lauren and many of his pieces have been featured in magazines like Elle Decor and Dwell.

In business, Brian enjoys strategy, action, negotiation, design, architecture, deal making, and most importantly, helping people. Real estate is the vehicle that drives what he is passionate about. He is a listener and strategic thinker. He creates specific, unique marketing strategies for each property and has built a team that is a powerful, experienced, fierce unit, ready to take on a wide-variety of projects for his clients.

In his personal life, Brian enjoys skiing Mary Jane, building legos with his son, tending to his aquarium, a night out at Comedy Works and a nice dinner & a movie with his wife.
